The Velvety Home may participate in affiliate marketing programs and may earn commissions from qualifying purchases made through links on this website.
This means that some links on thevelvetyhome.com may be affiliate links. If you click one of these links and make a purchase, The Velvety Home may receive a commission at no additional cost to you.
These commissions help support the operation of this website and allow us to continue creating home inspiration, organization ideas, product roundups, and other helpful content.
Our Approach to Recommendations
The Velvety Home aims to recommend products, ideas, and resources that are relevant to our readers and aligned with the purpose of this website.
Affiliate relationships do not change our goal of providing useful, practical, and thoughtful recommendations.
However, you should always review current product details, specifications, pricing, availability, and retailer policies before making a purchase.
Affiliate Links
When a post contains affiliate links, we will clearly disclose that relationship near the relevant content.
A disclosure may appear in wording such as:
This post contains affiliate links. I may earn a commission from qualifying purchases at no additional cost to you.
Other Affiliate Programs
The Velvety Home may also participate in other affiliate programs in the future.
Each program may have its own disclosure and compliance requirements. Where required, additional disclosures may be provided in individual posts, pages, or product recommendations.
Sponsored Content & Free Products
From time to time, The Velvety Home may receive compensation, free products, discounts, or other benefits in connection with content.
If that happens, we will clearly disclose that relationship in the relevant content.
No Additional Cost to You
Using an affiliate link does not normally increase the price you pay.
If you choose to make a purchase through an affiliate link, the retailer may pay The Velvety Home a commission from the sale.
Your Purchasing Decisions
Any purchase you make is entirely your own decision.
The Velvety Home is not responsible for product performance, shipping, returns, warranties, customer service, or other issues related to third-party retailers or manufacturers.
Please review the retailer’s current policies and product details before purchasing.
